Learner Password Reset

There are two ways to reset a learners password.

1. The PH Admin can reset the password via the SafetyNow portal

2. The learner can reset their password themselves on the login screen as long as they have an email address associated with their learner account.

Admin Reset Instructions

An admin can help their learners with resetting their password through the SafetyNow portal.

Once you have logged in, under Help, select Learner Password Reset.

This will open a page that shows you a list of all your leaners, their unique id, when they last logged in and whether or not they have set a password yet. From here you can force a password reset for them.

You can reset their password by clicking the reset button. 

The next time the learner logs in, the will be prompted to set a new password.

Learner Self-Serve Reset Instructions

If the learner has an email associated with their online training account, they can request a password reset themselves. 

Once they have logged into their accounts url, they will see the login screen.

After clicking next, they will see the password screen.

The learner can click on the Forgot your password link and they will be prompted to enter their email:

Once their email is submitted, they will receive a confirmation page
